Site AccountantLocation: ElySalary: Up to £55,000 per annumWorking Pattern: Site-based with potential flexibility around hybrid workingThe OpportunityVeracious Talent Partners are proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturing group to appoint a Site Accountant for their Ely site.This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you’ll act as the number one finance person onsite, sitting as part of the site management team and partnering closely with the Site Director and wider Group Finance function.The role offers real ownership, variety, and influence, perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on but also wants to shape decision-making and drive performance at site level.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of site accounting, management reporting, and performance analysis.Preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary.Stock management and valuation, ensuring accurate costing and margin reporting.Partnering with operational leaders to improve financial performance and identify efficiencies.Supporting the Site Director with forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.Acting as the key link between site operations and the regional finance team.About YouYou’ll be a driven and commercially minded finance professional with strong manufacturing exposure and the confidence to partner with non-finance stakeholders.Ideally, you’ll be CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified, although part-qualified accountants with relevant experience will also be warmly considered.
