I am seeking a skilled and proactive SIMS & Data Systems Manager to oversee the effective management of SIMS and associated data systems across a school. Hours are 7.30am - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. Due to operational requirements, this is an urgent role, and an immediate start will be required. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity and efficient use of student data, providing expert support, training and guidance to staff and senior leaders. The role includes managing SIMS users and modules, maintaining other data systems such as School Comms, supporting timetabling and sixth form enrolment, completing statutory returns, and producing high-quality reports and data analysis. Duties will include: Maintenance of Data Systems Manage the operation of School Comms, including account creation and maintenanceSupport the school timetabler in the development and maintenance of the school timetable Reporting & Data Analysis Produce data analysis and reports for the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, Heads of Faculty and Heads of YearSupport the completion of the termly school census and other statutory data returnsCreate and maintain reports, templates and mark sheets to support assessment and tracking You will work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and middle leaders to support informed decision-making, while delivering tailored training, user guidance and ongoing system support.
