Roose Motorsport are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic person with attention to detail to join our award-winning team at our production facility in South Hykeham, just outside Lincoln.

As a Silicone Hose Fabricator, you will be hand crafting our premium silicone hoses, made from raw materials using specialist methods. You will be responsible for completing production of our products, keeping your area clean & tidy, helping with associated production tasks and warehouse tasks.

The ideal candidate must have good attention to detail, good with numbers and measurements, be able to work constantly with their hands and stand at a work station during working hours.

We offer competitive rates of pay following successful completion of a 3 month training period where a full time contract will be offered. 28 Days paid holiday per annum(which includes Bank Holidays), mandatory Christmas Closure. Family owned and run business for over 20 years.
