Utilising their design skills, they will work to maximise sales through providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge. They will contribute to the overall development of the Showroom agenda through contributing their knowledge of trends and customer demands to internal discussions. Working in partnership with the wider branch team they will ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and in full, or where there are unavoidable delays, this is communicated clearly and in advance to the customer.
