Description: We’re looking for a reliable and creative short-form video editor to join our team long-term. The role is simple: • Watch our podcast episodes • Identify the strongest hooks and moments • Cut them into engaging TikTok/Reels clips What We Provide: • Full podcast footage (long-form video) • Basic editing guidelines and examples of the style we want (very simple, no heavy effects) Requirements: • Fluent in English (must fully understand conversations and nuances to spot hooks) • Strong sense of what makes a viral hook or engaging short-form content • Experience editing short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts • Reliable communication and ability to work on consistent weekly content Nice to Have (but not required): • Experience with podcasts • Understanding of trending TikTok/Reels formats What You’ll Do: • Watch podcast episodes and find the best 30–60 second hooks • Edit clips in a simple, clean style for TikTok/Reels • Deliver clips on time, every week This is a long-term role.
