**Short-Form Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve Only) — Long-Term Position** I’m looking for two highly skilled short-form video editors to join me on an ongoing basis. I run a fast-growing creative agency that produces high-retention content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role can grow into a long-term partnership for editors who want consistent work and the chance to develop alongside the business. Early on, I’ll provide hands-on feedback and coaching to help you get fully aligned with the style and quality I expect. Strong English communication is important, and you should feel comfortable asking questions and receiving constructive feedback. **Non-Negotiable Requirement** You must edit using DaVinci Resolve. My templates, presets, and workflows are all built in Resolve, so this is essential. Budget & Scope * $40 per video * Typical length: 30 seconds – 1 minute 30 seconds * Consistent weekly work available * Fast-paced, high-quality short-form edits **About the Work** We work with a range of large brands, companies, and well-known creators, including **Brian Shaw (4× World’s Strongest Man)**, influencers, and e-commerce businesses across multiple industries.
