Scope of Work: 🔹 1. Appstle Subscription Setup Configure two menu products (Menu 1 – Monday, Menu 2 – Thursday). Add subscription options (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time order). Allow customers to choose delivery or pickup during checkout. Set up order cut-off times (e.g., Saturday night for Monday menu, Tuesday night for Thursday menu). Customize the subscription portal so customers can skip/pause/edit their meals easily. 🔹 2. Inventory & Ingredient Management Integrate an inventory system (e.g., Trac Inventory, Sumtracker, or similar) that: Syncs automatically with Appstle and Shopify orders. Tracks ingredients based on recipes (e.g., 1 Chicken Meal = 200g Chicken, 150g Rice, etc.). Generates weekly prep lists and shopping lists based on active orders/subscriptions. Ensure ingredient stock levels update automatically when orders come in. 🔹 3. Workflow Automation Orders from Appstle should trigger ingredient updates in real-time. Create a clear Monday/Thursday production workflow, showing total meals and required ingredients. Optional: Help set up email reminders for order cut-offs or delivery notifications. 🔹 4. Testing & Handover Test the full customer flow (subscribe, modify, skip, etc.). Test inventory deductions and recipe accuracy. Provide short documentation or a Loom video explaining how to manage everything going forward. Requirements: Proven experience with Shopify + Appstle Subscriptions Familiar with meal prep business setups (big plus) Experience with inventory or MRP tools like Trac, Katana, or Sumtracker Strong understanding of Shopify checkout customization and automations Excellent communication and reliability
