Shopify expert since I changed my theme active carts and abandoned carts are not showing. Usually an automated email goes out to the customer when the cart is empty I’m not sure if it’s going out and triggering. Customers are coming on but just shows sessions no active carts or checkouts maybe it’s working but not showing on our end our website is linked and coded through gem pages so this requires checking.
