• Assist the Shipping and Logistics function at the Luton plant by ensuring timely delivery of products to both our internal and external customers and supporting import/export administration Act as the main point of contact for our key customers for shipping Support and coordinate EXW (Ex Works) shipments Liaise with customers regarding EXW Shipping arrangements Obtain and manage freight/shipping quotes for EXW Participate in Continuous improvement meetings in order to identify and implement changes that will benefit the performance of the business Handle customer-specific documentation needs (Chamber of Commerce docs, Certificates of Origin, ATRs, stamped invoices, Certificates of Conformance, text certificates) Coordinate with planning and operation to ensure customers orders are shipped Support Luton Finance team with Walk the dock report/clearance for month end revenue recognition Assist the GTM team with export/import documentation (SAD - Single Administrative Document) Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders Participate in Health & Safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with the credit team on Letters of Credit Experience within Supply Chain/international shipping SAP Microsoft Office Freight Forwarding Procedures/Regulations,
