A Manufacturing client of ours in the Maldon area are recruiting a Shipping Supervisor to join their team immediately. This is a full-time temporary position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm (30 min lunch), paying £14-£15 per hour, depending on experience.Your key duties in this Shipping Supervisor role will include but are not limited to:Overseeing daily shipping and despatch operationsPreparing, checking, and authorising shipping documentation, including invoices and delivery notesCoordinating courier services and managing despatch schedulesMonitoring shipments and resolving delivery issuesMaintaining accurate shipping records and ensuring documentation complianceSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:Previous experience in a shipping, despatch, or logistics roleStrong knowledge of shipping documentation and despatch processesExperience liaising with couriers and managing delivery schedulesExcellent attention to detail with confident IT and systems skillsIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Shipping Supervisor position, please apply with your CV and Laura will be in touch.
