About the Role We are looking for a Shift Team Leader to join our team at our Scunthorpe site - our largest poultry site, with around 2,000 employees. It's a fast-paced, complex environment that calls for someone who is proactive, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure. In this role, you'll report directly to the Shift Manager and have 4 x direct Team Leader reports and approximately 40 indirect reports. You will take ownership of line output across various product lines in the cutting operation, ensuring each line operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
