Location: Corby Salary: £44,324.00 + benefitsShifts Available: Fixed Day Shift: 10:00am - 10:00pm (2-2-3 rotation)Fixed Night Shift: 10:00pm - 10:00am (2-2-3 rotation) Summary: As part of continued growth, our 3PL client is looking for proactive and experienced Shift Managers to join their automated distribution centre in Corby, supporting both eCommerce and retail customers.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily automation operations within the warehouse.Drive performance through data-led decision making and continuous improvement.Ensure financial and administrative processes are executed efficiently.Monitor and enhance SLA and KPI performance across your shift.Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve operational issues proactively.Conduct team briefings and foster a culture of open communication.Champion health & safety, including audits and incident investigations.Manage team performance, absence, and development through reviews and appraisals.
