We require a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator, someone with experience in Tube Bending is required on a full-time basis to join the team at their Reading factory.Sheet Metal Fabricator Responsibilities: Operating semi-CNC and manual tube-bending machines to bend titanium, stainless steel and aluminium pipes for precision assemblies.Working to tight tolerances using jigs, CMMs, and measurement tools to ensure all bends meet spec.Interpreting engineering drawings and instructions to set up bending sequences and prepare tube stock.Prepping and assembling bent tubing in welding jigs ready for TIG welding.Managing the tube-bending bay, including tooling, stock, and area cleanliness, this is your zone.Collaborating with engineers and project managers to offer manufacturability feedback and support continuous improvement.Occasionally supporting other areas of the workshop to meet key project deadlines.
