A Refined Business Case with PRINCE2 Rigor: · Using the provided data, please enhance the financial model to serve as the definitive Business Case for the project. · It must robustly justify the project by clearly showing the bridge from PVoC revenue to lab funding, and include sensitivity analysis based on different port usage scenarios (5%, 15%, 20%). · This is the key document that will be used to secure project approval from the board. 3. Preparation for SGS Engagement as our SME: · We will need you to act as our Subject Matter Expert in upcoming meetings. Your ability to present the Business Case and the detailed Stage Plan with PRINCE2 terminology will significantly elevate our credibility with SGS.
