Key Immediate Objectives & PRINCE2 Deliverables: To ensure seamless integration with our project's governance, we request that you structure your analysis and key deliverables using the PRINCE2 framework. This will provide the rigorous structure and clarity needed for our board and stakeholders. Specifically, we require the following PRINCE2-aligned outputs: 1. A Detailed Stage Plan for Phases 1 & 2: · Please develop this as a PRINCE2-style Stage Plan for the initiation stages. This should not just be a list of tasks, but a controlled plan with: · Products/Deliverables: The tangible outputs for each stage (e.g., "Approved Legal Entity Registration," "Signed Setup Agreement"). · Activities & Dependencies: The specific tasks required to create those products, and their interdependencies. · Quality Checks: How we will verify each deliverable meets its quality criteria (e.g., legal review of the Setup Agreement). · Tolerances: The agreed boundaries for time and cost for this stage. 2. A Refined Business Case with PRINCE2 Rigor: · Using the provided data, please enhance the financial model to serve as the definitive Business Case for the project. · It must robustly justify the project by clearly showing the bridge from PVoC revenue to lab funding, and include sensitivity analysis based on different port usage scenarios (5%, 15%, 20%). · This is the key document that will be used to secure project approval from the board. 3. Preparation for SGS Engagement as our SME: · We will need you to act as our Subject Matter Expert in upcoming meetings. Your ability to present the Business Case and the detailed Stage Plan with PRINCE2 terminology will significantly elevate our credibility with SGS. We are confident that applying this structured methodology will be instrumental in moving the project forward efficiently and effectively.
