Location: Bromford Precision Solutions Limited, Leicester – LE3 1UQJob Type: Full timeContract Type: PermanentShift Pattern: Weekday Night Shift – 18.00 to 06.00 Monday to Thursday (46.40 hours per week)Salary: £22.20 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)We have a vacancy for a Setter/Operator – CNC Turner to join our manufacturing team at Bromford Precision Solutions Limited.This role is suited to an experienced CNC Turner who is confident setting and operating machines within a fast-paced Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for producing high-quality components to specification, working safely and efficiently to meet production schedules.Role Accountabilities: Set and operate CNC turning machines in line with production requirementsWork to production timelines, ensuring output meets quality and delivery targetsFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company-specific documentation at all timesCarry out routine checks to ensure components meet specification and quality standardsMaintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing processManage workload effectively, prioritising tasks where necessary to meet deadlinesWork collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives and continuous production flowMaintain a clean, safe and organised working environment in line with company standards Person Specification: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industry in a similar roleApprentice trained (preferred) or able to demonstrate relevant equivalent experienceExperience working in a production manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of work
