We are looking for an experienced Zoho People specialist who can fully set up our HR platform for Savour Bakery Café & Patisserie. We currently run everything through Xero Payroll, and we now want to move to a complete HR system that manages onboarding, staff records, attendance, policies, appraisals, scheduling, and the full employee lifecycle. The job involves migrating all existing staff and payroll data from Xero, structuring Zoho People to suit our workflows, and ensuring the Zoho–Xero integration is set up correctly so payroll can continue to run smoothly. We want a full, end-to-end setup, tailored to a hospitality environment with multiple roles, shift types, and seasonal staffing.
