About
We run an online course business using Kajabi with multiple brands/products (e.g. BJJ courses, sports psychology courses, therapeutic parenting courses). Kajabi only allows one global Meta pixel for purchases, which means all sales are currently firing to the wrong pixel. We need an expert to implement Meta Conversions API (CAPI) so that each product’s purchases are tracked and sent to the correct pixel for optimisation. ⸻ What We Need: 1. Server-side purchase tracking from Kajabi checkout/Stripe to Meta using CAPI. • Jack’s BJJ products → Jack’s Meta pixel. • Elliott’s Fight Mindset courses → Elliott’s Meta pixel. • Future products (e.g. Parenting, Menopause) → their own pixels. 2. Ensure page view (LPV) and add to cart (ATC) events are still tracked correctly. 3. Deduplication: no double-counting of browser + server events. 4. Testing & confirmation: • Run test transactions to confirm purchases are logged to the correct pixel. • Correct currencies (USD for US offers, GBP for UK offers). ⸻ Success Looks Like: • Each Kajabi product purchase fires only to the correct Meta pixel (e.g. Jack’s products → Jack’s pixel, Elliott’s products → Elliott’s pixel). • Purchase values show in the correct currency (USD or GBP depending on the offer). • Page view (LPV) and add to cart (ATC) events continue to track normally. • Events are deduplicated (no double counting between browser and server). • We can run campaigns for multiple products simultaneously without data contamination. • Documentation provided so we can easily add new products/pixels in future without re-hiring. ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience setting up Meta CAPI with Kajabi (please provide examples/screenshots). • Familiarity with tools like Stape, Zapier, Hyros, AnyTrack or custom webhook/server solutions. • Ability to document the setup clearly. ⸻ Deliverables: • Fully working CAPI setup. • Clear documentation of process. • 1–2 test purchases showing attribution works correctly. ⸻ Budget: Open to proposals. ⸻
