Following significant growth through acquisitions, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to streamline and integrate our business units. This is primarily a greenfield/brownfield development role. Key Responsibilities Gather requirements from end users and translate them into actionable stories for the ServiceNow platformDevelop and configure ServiceNow, including portals, access, and authenticationManage testing and ensure platform functionalityCollaborate with a small team (manager, software team, architect) and liaise with stakeholders including the Head of Software, Head of Group Service Delivery, Group Improvement Manager, and Project Manager (some based in Australia; flexible workinghours)Work independently to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with ServiceNow developmentFamiliarity with Tune integration and Intune connectorsExperience designing self-service UX/UIExcellent communication skills with experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholdersStrong time management and prioritisation skills; able to deliver under pressurePrevious experience as a senior developer is a plusKnowledge of Jira
