About the Role
We're seeking a ServiceNow Configuration Administrator to support device Lifecycle Management (DLM) service. This is a hands-on configuration and support role focused on enabling bulk device refresh processes via ServiceNow.

You'll work across multiple sectors and teams, helping ensure the smooth delivery of our refresh services during a period of growth. Your contributions will directly impact service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure core data in ServiceNow: Locations, Schedules, Appointments, Assets, Stockrooms, Work Orders
  • Triage and troubleshoot service-impacting issues with internal IT teams
  • Support ad-hoc data/statistics requests
  • Recommend and document service/system improvements
  • Maintain operational documentation
  • Stay current with ServiceNow features and maintain certifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent processes
  • Communicate system/process changes and their impacts
  • Review release notes and validate system functionality post-upgrades
  • Act as a ServiceNow and DLM refresh SME, sharing knowledge across teams

Essential Skills

  • 6+ months in a ServiceNow-focused admin/coordinator role
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow components: tables, fields, reports, flows, business rules
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Self-driven with a desire to grow technical capabilities

Desirable Skills

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, FSM, Asset Management, Walk-up)
  • Basic JavaScript understanding
  • Foundational knowledge of integrations
  • Ability to apply transferable skills from previous roles
