We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Team Manager to join us. As a Service Team Manager, you’ll manage a team of remote field-based engineers across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Manchester, and surrounding areas. You’ll contribute to the success of our growing business by demonstrating your ability to motivate, manager, and empower people, and exhibit a passion for driving operational excellence to achieve our goal of zero distance to the consumer. The Field Service Engineers in your team will be responsible for repairing appliances. Your experience of supervising and motivating a remote, field-based engineering team will ensure your success in this role. Our people know how to power our future and your job will be to help them continue to achieve great things. You need to have a full, valid driving license and be willing to travel.
