We require an individual with proven years of experience in working on a busy service desk.
The role is receiving and logging works, managing customers’ expectations, allocating works to engineers, updating the works systems and much more.
The hours of working in the office are.
· Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 08:30 to 17:00
· Wednesday 10:30 to 19:00
Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role involves utilizing your strong organizational and administrative skills to handle inquiries and coordinate services effectively. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data entry will support efficient record-keeping and reporting. With a focus on excellent phone etiquette and customer service, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of support for our clients during off-peak hours. Pay: £26,500.00 per year
