Service SchedulerPertemps are currently recruiting for a service scheduler who has a passion for tech to join a leading manufacturing company in Andover.Responsibilities as a Service Scheduler: Receive incoming calls from customers placing fault or support callsRecording details on service management systemProvide first line troubleshooting to gather technical informationManage call responses, telephone support and scheduling engineers service appointments.Schedule preventive maintenance visits in line with customers needsEnsure engineers are booked on and off callsRaise invoicesMaintain and update customer records as required Requirements: Strong customer service and administrative experienceCompetent Microsoft userKnowledge / interest in technologyConfident in asking diagnostic questions and providing first line troubleshooting adviceAbility to work on own initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skills The Service Scheduler Role Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm or 9am – 5.30pmFully office based£24,000 - £26,500 starting salary22 days annual leave plus bank holidays If you are interested in this Service Scheduler position, please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps
