Service Manager Supported Accommodation - Age 16+ Location: Macclesfield/Edgeley/Stockport Salary: £42,500 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Time Recruitment is supporting a well established group set up in 1995 supporting children to transition into independent living. The group support young people to feel safe, build confidence, and move towards independence with the right guidance around them. The role of Service Manager: As Service Manager, you will lead a 16 plus supported accommodation service and set the culture day to day. You will make sure the team is consistent, safeguarding is strong, and each young person has a clear plan that helps them move forward. This role suits someone who can balance care and control.
