We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical expertise, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment across a variety of industries.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line call-out and service support for customersPerform routine servicing and breakdown response for service contract customersService and test LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) equipment in compliance with current COSHH legislation and HSE guidanceCommission and conduct performance testing on new equipmentSkills, Experience, and Qualifications:Proven track record in field service engineeringSolid understanding of engineering processes and technical problem-solvingExperience in the HVAC/dust and fume extraction industry is a plusExperience with LEV testing and electrical qualifications are advantageousFamiliarity with HMIs and inverters is desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office and ExcelP601 Certification requiredFull, clean driving licensePersonal Qualities:Self-motivated with a proactive attitudeStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamDedicated with a willingness to travelIT literate and adaptable to new technologies
