Prestigious law firm looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to provide high-quality support to their lawyers, partners, and support staff across the business.The Role:As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries. You'll play a key role in ensuring issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and with minimal disruption, especially when dealing with time-sensitive matters.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff across the firm, including Partners and legal teamsLog, manage and resolve incidents and service requests via the firm's ticketing systemTroubleshoot issues with hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and network accessProvide support for Microsoft 365 and Windows 11Assist with user account management (Active Directory/365)Maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality at all timesRequirements:Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirableStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, remote access technologies (eg VPN, Citrix)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCalm, professional, and solutions-focused, especially under pressureA proactive approach to learning and problem-solvingAbility to support users at all levels, including senior stakeholders and partnersThis role offers genuine opportunities for career development, ongoing training, and the chance to grow within the team.Etech Partners needs to collect and use your personal information when you apply for a role.
