I’m working with a well-established technology services organisation that’s looking to appoint a Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of service performance across a portfolio of enterprise clients, with a strong focus on network-led and infrastructure services.This role suits someone who understands technology delivery, enjoys managing people and customers, and wants the opportunity to shape how services are delivered rather than simply keeping the lights on.The RoleAs Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of managed and support services, working closely with technical teams and customers to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Managing and developing a team of 8 engineersOwning service delivery across enterprise network and infrastructure contractsEnsuring SLAs and service KPIs are met and continuously improvedActing as the escalation point for service-related issuesShaping service processes, reporting, and customer experienceOverseeing maintenance, BAU support, and ongoing service performanceWorking closely with technical leads, project teams, and account managementThis is a hands-on service leadership role with real accountability and influence.Technology & Services EnvironmentThe organisation delivers and supports a range of enterprise technologies, including:Enterprise networking services (LAN, WAN, WiFi)Cisco-based environments (switching, wireless, security)Network monitoring, maintenance, and managed servicesInfrastructure and connectivity servicesTechnology solutions aligned to commercial and enterprise environments, including smart and connected buildingsYou d
