The is an outstanding new opportunity in the Ipswich area for a Service Delivery Consultant to work with an established and successful Software House.In your new role you will effectively bridge the gap between the business’s internal development team and their clients to ensure the successful delivery of their bespoke software solution.You will be vital to the success of the businesses customers, owning the journey from initial solution design through to successful implementation and go-live. As such you will take a customer-facing, hands-on approach combining pre-sales consultancy, technical configuration and delivery leadership. To be successful it is likely that you will have:Good technical skills including SQL and scripting languages (Perl, python, groovy or similar)Experience of writing automated unit testsStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to gather requirements, understand workflows and design processesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExperience of working within software development, solution design or consultancy roles would be of distinct advantageIn return they are offeringSalary of circa £55,000Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 from home.25 days + Bank Holidays annual leavepensionExcellent progression opportunitiesIf you are considering your next career move and would like the opportunity to really take ownership of the work you do, please apply now.
