This division operates across London, managing a range of blue-chip portfolios. The work carried out is a mixture of planned maintenance and repair works as well as reactive works from our call-out service. As the Service Coordinator you will be working out of the Companies Hemel Hempstead office with opportunities to work remote Schedule London and home counties PPM visits for the Engineering divisionAnswer inbound calls from clientsRaising and scheduling jobsArranging engineers and Subcontractors to attend worksRaising purchase ordersManaging material orders Service Coordinator Job Requirements Experience in the HVAC and FM industryOffice based in Hemel with remote workingPrevious role held Service coordinator/Helpdesk or similarHighly Adept in handling in bound calls for customer queries and service requestsHighly proficient in CAFM systems, MICROSOFT Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAdministration responsibilities including filing, preparing documents, receipting, keeping andupdating records Service CoordinatorSalary & Benefits Basic Salary of £32,000-£36,000 DOE08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday - Office based in Romford</
