Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule service calls and appointments for clients.Dispatch technicians for installations, repairs, or support tasks.Monitor service orders to ensure timely and accurate completion.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.Maintain records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions.Resolve service-related issues and escalate when necessary.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Prepare reports on service delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
