We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Co-ordinator to join our Operational Service Centre (OSC) as part of the Business Support Team.​

This role is crucial in supporting multiple teams, including Administration, Operational field staff, Workforce Management, and Finance, to ensure a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction. A key focus of the role is capturing accurate Time and Attendance data to ensure Placemakers are paid correctly and on time.

Job Description

The successful candidate will act as a central point of support, managing timesheet data, responding to queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication across all relevant departments.​

By delivering timely and accurate information, you will contribute directly to operational efficiency and payroll accuracy, making this a highly impactful position within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input Placemakers’ overtime, absence, and pay rates into systems.

Link Placemakers to timesheets and ensure all entries are precise.

Provide query support for front-line Placemakers.

Complete all anomalies and exceptions before payroll deadlines.

Process manager requests relating to Placemakers’ time and attendance.

Maintain and update trackers, forms, and reports with accuracy.

Analyse time and attendance data and provide insights as needed.

Prepare and distribute documents and reports to internal teams and external customers.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Previous experience in administration or customer service, ideally in a similar environment.

Proven track record in meeting customer and business KPIs and SLAs.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate) and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication skills and effective call-handling ability.

Experienced in reporting and communicating data to colleagues and clients.

Deadline-oriented with excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills.

Calm and professional under pressure, solutions-focused.

Team-oriented, approachable, and supportive of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
