Join Our TeamWe’re looking for an organised, proactive Office Administrator to support our busy service department. You’ll assist with scheduling, customer communication, documentation, and general admin to help ensure smooth daily operations. No previous industry experience is required — full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills and progress within a well-established, friendly team.As part of our dynamic service support team, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly every day. Your responsibilities will include: Providing proactive administrative support to the Service Team and Office Manager Handling telephone and email enquiries in a friendly, professional manner Processing service job sheets and maintaining accurate records Communicating with customers to provide clear, timely updates on service progress Maintaining and updating our system including parts and materials movements Organising and managing electronic documentation to ensure an efficient workflowWho We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role GCSEs in English & Maths (grade C or above) IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word A confident and professional telephone manner Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, organised, and reliable approach to work The ability to prioritise tasks and work accurately in a busy environment Knowledge of CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
