The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is vital in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls politely and amicably.
- Manage scheduling and maintain calendars.
- Organise and maintain electronic files and records.
- Prepare and edit correspondence and reports.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- Conduct computer- based administrative tasks.
- Handle invoicing.
- Update and maintain EOM chart.
- Input and maintain PPMS.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- A friendly and professional demeanour.
