Job Title: SEO Strategist Experience Level: 3–4 Years Salary: Up to £40k per annum plus bonus Location: Remote About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SEO Strategist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing SEO campaigns across multiple clients and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and analytics, with proven success in driving organic growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SEO and LLM visibility strategies for multiple client accounts across a variety of industries in the UK and USA.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, development, PR, and account management) to implement SEO best practices.
  • Optimise website content and site structure to improve search visibility.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog etc).
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3–4 years’ experience in SEO, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page strategies.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with international SEO and multilingual sites.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Understanding of paid search or broader digital marketing channels.
