I am reaching out to you from my Slice n Eazy Upwork account because this business is the one I want to use for the payment side of the project. I keep both companies separate for bookkeeping and accounting reasons, so it is easier and cleaner for me if the SEO work for the Slice n Eazy website is handled and paid through this account. Oakbridge and Slice n Eazy are two different companies with two different sets of accounts, and Slice n Eazy is the business that this project belongs to. I wanted to explain this properly so you fully understand why you are receiving a new contract from a different account. Nothing is changing in terms of the work we agreed on, and nothing is changing in terms of your rate. Everything stays exactly the same. The only difference is that the work will be billed from the Slice n Eazy account instead of Oakbridge. This keeps everything clean for my records and allows me to organise the payments for each business separately, which is important for my accountant and for the way I manage each company. I would like to continue all the SEO and website work for Slice n Eazy through this account. You have already understood the website, the keywords and the technical side, so it makes sense that you continue the project without interruption. The new contract I am sending you here is simply part of the process so that future invoices and payments come under the Slice n Eazy company. It is just a different company account on my side, so please be assured that the work and rate will remain the same as we discussed before. Once you accept this contract on the Slice n Eazy account and everything is set up properly, I will then close the Oakbridge contract. I am not closing anything before you accept the new contract. I want to make sure you feel safe, comfortable and fully clear on the arrangement. I will be continuing all communication with you from the Oakbridge account simply because that is the account logged into my main phone and it is easier for me to respond quickly from there. So you will receive messages from Oakbridge, but the payment and project will run through Slice n Eazy. This is only for my convenience and does not affect your work or how we manage tasks.
