We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, EMEA Travel Services Lead to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO) team. This role is located in London, UK In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Oversee daily EMEA travel operations across air, hotel, ground transport, and TMC services, ensuring seamless service delivery and issue resolution.Act as the primary escalation point for internal travel-related concerns for EMEA, driving timely and effective resolutions.Lead vendor performance management in EMEA, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations while identifying opportunities for service model enhancements.Drive innovation by evaluating workflows, introducing new technologies, and exploring strategic vendor partnerships.
