- BNY’s Corporate Trust business plays a critical role in the global financial markets by serving as a trusted, neutral third party to issuers and investors in debt capital markets transactions. We provide fiduciary and agency services for a wide range of debt structures, including corporate and municipal bonds, structured finance, project finance, and loan syndications. Acting as trustee, paying agent, registrar, escrow agent, and more, we ensure the integrity of transactions by safeguarding assets, managing complex payment flows, and upholding contractual obligations. Our clients include corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and governments worldwide. Through our expertise, technology, and commitment to excellence, BNY helps clients navigate the complexities of debt issuance, meet their regulatory and reporting requirements, and build long-term trust with their stakeholders.
- Seeking an experienced Client Success Lead with 7-10 years in client relationships and/or Corporate Trust, focused on outstanding client service, digital strategy, communications and learning plans, to deliver long-term success. Known for a client-obsessed approach, fostering trusted partnerships, and aligning service delivery with strategic client goals. The position will be responsible for development of client training and education strategies, including delivering blended learning solutions tailored to client audiences, business needs, and custom client requirements.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways
- Develop, design, and implement clients’ education and training strategy for the firm’s clients.
- Recommend steps to aid in driving adoption of digital channels to improve and increase client operating model efficiency.
- Deploy training materials appropriate to client empowerment and assess its effectiveness, utilizing specific metrics to achieve client success.
- Participate in collaboration with clients to ensure business initiatives, change events, and priorities for education are integrated into all education and training strategies.
- Create required client communications to inform and/or update clients as needed and to help ensure the alignment and adoption of the client initiatives.
- Collect and synthesize feedback received from both insights and client service management engagements.
- Engage with platforms to ensure proper training strategies for new products as they are released. Develop tracking mechanisms for adoption rates and formalize feedback loop for PI planning.
- Engage with product, operations, and analytics & insights to drive client success.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following
- 7-10 years of operations, client service, or relationship management experience in the Corporate Trust or related financial services industry.
- Proven track record of client retention and satisfaction, with a strong focus on long-term relationship building.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop project plans to deliver outcomes and drive client behavior change.
- Deep understanding of digital products, market dynamics, and operational processes.
- Client-obsessed mindset with a passion for delivering service excellence and unreasonable hospitality.
