We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join our team. This role is located in Manchester. Role overview: A Principal Agile Coach helps teams across lines of business; adopt and improve Agile methods and practices to solve complex business improvement problems. A principal agile coach operates at an enterprise level and help solve systematic problems in a structured manner. A coach helps people rethink and change the way they go about development. Agile coaches act as servant leaders to the team, to support and evangelize best practices for agile and ways of working. A Principal Agile Coach possesses experience and expertise acquired by supporting a business line with expertise in cross functional team leadership. Serves in a mentoring or coaching role only and is not part of the scrum team by providing objective guidance, without personal or political considerations. Designs, proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategy across the entire organization before the pilot project.
