Are you an experienced insurance operations professional with strong knowledge of the London Market? This is an exciting opportunity to join a global insurer overseeing day-to-day underwriting operations and driving efficiency across international teams.Duties will Include;Manage all aspects of international underwriting operations for assigned product lines.Act as the key point of contact for product leaders and underwriting teams, ensuring timely and accurate operational delivery.Liaise with global counterparts to maintain continuity in governance, process, and communication.Oversee offshore operations, ensuring service levels, KPIs, and quality standards are consistently met.Draft and approve operating procedures, provide training, and perform quality control reviews.Lead monthly underwriting meetings, reporting on submissions, bindsendorsements, and query trends.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation to improve efficiency.Support quarterly and annual planning for future resourcing requirements.Participate in projects to improve and automate operations, acting as a subject matter expert.Experience & SkillsExperience in London Market operational activitiesStrong knowledge of multi line business.Proven experience managing offshore operations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to mitigate issues and build strong stakeholder relationships.Exposure to complex product lines and international markets.Other job titles may include Underwriting Manager, Underwriting Supervisor, Senior Underwriting Analyst, Underwriting Analyst, Senior Underwriting Operations, Senior Underwriting Operations Technician,For more indepth details please forward your CV today.
