• You'll lead a major transformation program to modernize our security tooling and deliver next-generation capabilities for our Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC). You'll work closely with diverse teams across Cyber and Business functions, ensuring alignment and momentum to achieve ambitious goals. Strong knowledge of SOC tooling engineering and operations, with hands-on experience in modernisation programs. Ability to lead and motivate virtual and matrixed teams across global entities, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences. A technical or business degree (or equivalent) and fluency in English. A track record of driving results in dynamic environments with a focus on delivery and innovation.
