The Opportunity You'll play a key role in delivering planning advice across a diverse portfolio of projects including: Residential and mixed-use developments Commercial and employment schemes Strategic land promotions Urban regeneration projects You will manage your own caseload while supporting Directors on larger schemes, with real exposure to clients and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals Managing projects from instruction through to determination Preparing planning statements and supporting documentation Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders and clients Supporting business development activities About You MRTPI qualified (or working towards) Experience within a consultancy or private-sector environment Strong report writing and project management skills Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence Full UK driving licence Why This Role?
