Senior Technical Support Analyst London | Full-time | Permanent (Office-based) The Role The Senior Technical Support Analyst is a hands-on position that combines technical expertise with strong communication skills, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT service in a professional environment. Acting as the senior escalation point for technical issues, you will oversee first and second-line support, coordinate workloads, and deputise for the Regional IT Manager when required. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site first and second-line support, acting as the senior technical resource for the London officeEscalate and resolve complex or high-profile technical issues promptlyAssist with managing team workload, ticket queues, and IT coverage; deputise for the Regional IT Manager when neededSupport regional offices, including occasional travel for projects or coverageDeliver weekly reports and maintain accurate documentation within the firm's ticketing systemConfigure, build, and deploy firm-standard laptops; manage loaner and hot-swap equipmentMaintain and update hardware inventory and oversee workstation setups for new hires and visitorsSupport mobile devices (iOS and Android) under Intune management, as well as remote access and MFAProvide audio-visual support for meetings, videoconferencing, and teleconferencing setupsInstall, test, and maintain hardware and software applicationsMentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the IT team About You Prior IT support experience in a professional office environment (legal sector preferred)Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile device management, and AV technology setupsHands-on experience with hardware/software installation and troubleshootingExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple
