Accountabilities

  • · Monitor project timelines, identify risks, remove obstacles, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • · Build deep understanding of development workflows and technical environments to guide decision-making.
  • · Ensure production verification scores and processes reflect readiness and provide value to end users.
  • · Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical Art, or equivalent experience.
  • · Proven experience leading and delivering complex technical programs or projects.
  • · Familiarity with gaming or interactive media development, ideally with hands-on experience using a game engine.
  • · Strong program and project management skills, including strategic planning, operating plans, internal communications, and proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • · Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions under pressure.
