Coordinate with Security for CVE remediation and ITIL-based change management. Several years of Wintel administration and patching experience. Several years with SCCM/MECM (SUP/WSUS, ADRs, collections). Several years with Ivanti patching tools. Strong PowerShell scripting and reporting (SSRS/SQL). Knowledge of WSUS, Intune/WUfB, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). Azure Update Manager, Intune co-management, CIS baselines. Certifications: Microsoft, Ivanti, ITIL.
