We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our specialist home in Stockton Heath, Warrington, to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support. Job Role Bridgewell is a warm, lively, and welcoming home in Stockton Heath, supporting eight adults who live meaningful, active, and busy lives. There's always something going on from football matches and music events to cinema trips, shopping days, cooking sessions, theatre outings, and even big days out like water parks. Every day is different, and every moment is an opportunity to help someone grow in confidence and independence. We're looking for people who bring warmth, energy, and creativity into their support. People who can get stuck into active support, join in with the fun, and help create meaningful moments throughout the day. You'll be someone who can stay calm when things get busy, think on your feet, and bring a reassuring presence when it's needed most.
