This senior-level position offers the opportunity to lead and deliver complex structural engineering projects from initial concept through to completion, within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. You will work closely with clients, architects and internal teams to produce innovative, practical and high-quality design solutions.The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven project leadership capability and the confidence to manage multiple workloads effectively. You will be a clear and confident communicator, able to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across disciplines to ensure exceptional standards of delivery. Proficiency in industry-standard structural design software is essential, alongside a genuine passion for the built environment and a solid understanding of the construction process.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of structural engineering projects from inception to completion.Coordinate and oversee the work of project engineers, graduates, and technicians.Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.Apply excellent structural design skills using relevant software tools (e.g., TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, Fastrack Portal Frame, CADS Wall Panel, P Frame, MasterSeries Retaining Wall).Manage multiple projects across different disciplines within a consultancy environment.Mentor
