Senior Strategic FP&A Manager | Hypergrowth B2B SaaS Scale-up | London Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS business in London as they search for their first dedicated FP&A/Strategic Finance hire to help design and shape best-in-class finance capabilities across their rapidly scaling international business. Their cutting-edge software platform, which aims to improve data analytics through artificial intelligence, has landed them significant Series B funding from a selection of top tier VC funds with a track record of investments into some of the biggest UK & US tech success stories of the last decade. Having scaled quickly to £50m ARR, both organically and through M&A activity, they are now looking for someone to lead FP&A & Strategic Finance, playing a pivotal role in steering the business' continue success with more data-driven insights and analysis as they push towards £100m ARR. The team is made up of exceptionally talented, bright and ambitious individuals combined with a strong working culture built on trust and autonomy. They have a fantastic office space in central London, with a consistently a buzzing atmosphere and with lots of cross-team collaboration which has been central to their success so far. The Role Reporting to the CFO, this role isn't about routine budgeting and forecasting. You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and building financial models for long-term strategic projects including M&A and future funding.
