- This role offers the chance to be a technical leader and trusted advisor, guiding clients from discovery through deployment while ensuring the full value of innovative software solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and business needs, leading proof-of-concept projects, driving adoption, and supporting customer success. Working in a dynamic, remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and customer teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. The position requires a balance of technical expertise, communication skills, and commercial acumen, with opportunities to influence both product development and customer strategy. You will help customers implement solutions efficiently, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure long-term satisfaction, while also contributing to internal best practices and process improvements.
- Accountabilities
- Lead technical discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations to align client requirements with the software platform.
- Design, execute, and manage client proof-of-concept (POC) projects, ensuring measurable outcomes and smooth handovers.
- Support onboarding, implementation, and integration efforts to accelerate time-to-value for customers.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, building and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, share customer insights, and contribute to scalable resources for sales and customer success.
- Continuously enhance documentation, training materials, and technical content to empower client adoption.
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong commercial understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer value realization, and retention strategies.
- Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with enterprise technical stakeholders.
- Solid technical proficiency, including APIs, OAuth, Docker, Kubernetes, and JavaScript.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, evolving startup environments and flexible to travel or team onboarding sessions.
