• DESCRIPTION

• The technical writer creates content for engineering, QA, UI design, customer
• support, and external developers. We primarily develop content in the following
• areas: Task-oriented user documentation Systems architectures API documentation
• UX writing

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and peers on the
• documentation team. Quickly understand and document complex software and related
• tools. Demonstrate an ability to create well-written, structured, detailed
• specifications that incorporate feedback. Plan and manage documentation projects
• with shifting requirements and goals.

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Cloud tools such as GCS, AWS, or Azure AI tool integrations
