You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to build scalable, efficient, and intuitive internal tools that support everything from user management to payments and content operations. The position emphasizes end-to-end ownership of both front-end and server-side development, with opportunities to optimize workflows, refactor legacy systems, and implement long-term solutions. You will contribute directly to the backbone of a high-impact platform, helping shape internal operations while ensuring maintainable and high-quality code. - Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance internal admin tools, focusing on React-Admin, Prisma, and Material UI (MUI).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to design intuitive and efficient workflows.
- Implement CRUD interfaces, custom views, and structured database queries using Prisma ORM.
- Refactor legacy code and migrate existing business logic into maintainable and optimized solutions.
- Ensure consistent UI/UX across internal tools using Material UI design components.
- Support authentication and role-based access control systems for secure internal operations.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and developer experience across internal platforms.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to maintain code quality and team efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with React-Admin and Material UI (MUI) for building internal tools.
- Solid understanding of Prisma and relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with internal tool development and creating business-focused user interfaces.
- Comfortable refactoring legacy code and migrating queries into structured, maintainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Retool or other low-code internal tooling platforms.
- Familiarity with Node.js and optionally Next.js.
