  • Accountabilities
  • Take ownership of major product features from research and design to implementation and deployment.
  • Translate customer problems and business needs into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to write specifications, build wireframes, and prototype new ideas.
  • Implement robust, high-quality code across the full technology stack, balancing performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and support team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure features integrate seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure, following best practices for security and scalability.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and architectures for long-term product success.
  • Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong full-stack background.
  • Expertise in building scalable web applications with modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end, including research, prototyping, design, and implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across distributed teams.
  • Comfortable working in a minimal-process, high-autonomy environment.
  • Ability to balance technical quality with timely delivery and iterate effectively based on user feedback.
  • Experience contributing to or mentoring in high-performing engineering teams.
